Raiders stud pass rusher Maxx Crosby has made some adjustments this offseason, but perhaps not in the way you think.

The two-time Pro Bowler is no stranger to tattoos, but took it to another level recently and in doing so, honored some of his sporting idols; Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali and Kobe Bryant.

Crosby has showed off his latest inkwork on Instagram in recent days, to much amazement and acclaim from his followers; including former NFL player Fred Taylor.

‘TATTS IS CRAZY CRAZY,’ Taylor said while wishing Crosby a happy Father’s Day in response to Crosby’s post with his daughter, Ella Rose, Sunday.

The incredible imagery is plastered across Crosby’s torso, and includes a drawing of his daughter, along with two diamonds, a rose and a reminder to ‘BE LEGENDARY.’

Las Vegas’ star defensive end has long been a fan of Jordan. A 2021 Instagram post by Crosby was captioned with a famous quote from the Chicago Bulls legend.

‘I’ve Always Believed That If You Put In The Work, The Results Will Come,’ the quote read.

The quote comes from Jordan’s 1994 book I Can’t Accept Not Trying.

Andres Ortega, of Ortega Ink, worked on Crosby’s torso which is now covered in the sports icons, along with other meaningful insignia — including a big ‘TX’, referring to Crosby’s Texan roots.

The 25-year-old hails from Colleyville, Texas, located in the Dallas Fort Worth area. He attended Colleyville High School before attending Central Michigan in 2015.

Crosby played four seasons for Central Michigan – known for producing occasional NFL talent, including J.J. Watt and Antonio Brown – before the Raiders took the Texan in the fourth round of the 2010 NFL Draft.
